Hello, sorry not written lately.. I am out of town (in Manila actually) and unlikely to be able to write much for a few weeks until I get back to Sydney. Please do come back though and see if I survive...maybe with some local stamps even!!

Well good luck in Manila. The last time I was there is was crazy place right out of a Wild West movie. You either had to have a bodyguard or seek out and carry a sidearm. I hope the passage of time has improved that situation as despite the outrageous lawless activity it is/was a beautiful city. And even during those troubles of the sixties there were several stamp stores with lots of material available to browse through in Manila and one in Cavite.
