Happy New Year to all readers. I wish everyone health, wealth and happiness in 2018 and that it is a brilliant philatelic year for you all.

The image is the best I can get at the moment -  of the new stamps Philippine Post are issuing for the Year of the Dog.    I will be trying to get some when our Post Office opens on Tuesday, or if not then when I am in Manila later in January.
