Hello, another week shot by. Apart from concentrating on work I have been spending hours trying to figure out how to scan the Machin security definitives so I can get to show you the lettering. This from Ian Billngs brilliant blog at Norvic Philatelics with also a courtesy acknowledgement to Chris h who must be one very smart person for taking the picture.

Many of you have written to me with advice but I have tried, I have really tried with camera and scanner and all sorts of angles and lights but I really cannot achieve what Chris and others have done.

This is my best effort. Anyway, I sorted and studied another few hundred of these today. found four Code T +12 in some 200 plus stamps.
