A reminder about quality
Hello, although I may be repetative I think it is worth pointing this out yet again.
This described as "fine used" on a very well known auction site. I think not. This is a space filler. Oh, and FYI, the SG cat 2009 is 85p for a fine used copy.

Too bad they lie in that way; because a stamp still may be have some value as space filler, (well maybe not this one which is so cheap even as fine used)
